SaviBank has an excellent opportunity for you to use your customer service experience to respond to incoming Online Banking calls. Your knowledge and ability to provide technical data support to both branch and administrative personnel on savings, checking, card services and online banking is needed. If you enjoy responding to questions and solving problems, this is the job for you!

Some of your duties involve:

  • Handle incoming customer service calls Customers and Branch Staff
  • Support branch daily operations activities; may include, but not limited to: item processing, adjustments, new accounts, and electronic banking
  • Perform account maintenance and CIF changes as requested by customers and branch staff
  • Required to comply with Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations
  • Other Duties as assigned
